Unfair Refund Policy
I have never experienced a more unfair refund policy in my life and a poor customer service experience! I was charged $139.01 for Nitro Yearly instead of Nitro Monthly and when I tried to get help to rectify the problem from discord support, they would just send the same message that because I received a refund 2 years ago that there is nothing I can do. I tried explaining that I am on a fixed income and couldn't pay my rent now in full because of the mistake but they just close my case saying its solved instead of talking to me like a decent person. Now every time I make a request to talk to someone, the same person closes my case without a word. Just horrible!

Maybe contact the news or blast them on social media, maybe they will be decent human beings then!

Start a chargeback process through your banking institution. It's the only way these companies will learn not to screw with our money.

I was up until 5:00 a.m. trying to get my money back as soon as I seen I was charged so I could pay rent but to no avail, even my bank tried to dispute it and it wouldn't go through. Something is seriously wrong with this company.
