My account was hacked
Hello, my account was hacked 2 weeks ago and several payments were made through it. After sending 1, then 2, then 3 support tickets, they were all marked as resolved even though I still haven't recovered my account. What is the procedure to follow, and can I contact someone else?

You need to send one ticket and wait. Panic sending more than one will just have them purged. It sucks but you need to send one ticket and wait.

I send them one by one but the bot told me “solved” every times XD

You’re not the only one my friend. Their support is always and be a trash. They will only use bot for send replies and solved your ticket. I already sent another ticket for my hacked account this morning with full of disappointment feeling.

Kamilamiron17 crazy how a compagnie like this, with a lot of nitro users can't have a correct support :/
