Request being considered as "solved" instantly after i requested support
After i requested a support for Discord, the request status instantly became solved.
Is that normal? I can't get my account back if its marked solved each time :(

Exactly my issue. Discord seems to have a really horrible support situation and it will only get worse. Your tickets are being solved by a bot. Try reaching out through twitter. If you were falsely banned and purchased discord nitro you could most likely file a claims report/lawsuit, at which point they listen. I dont recommend the latter, but try your best to reach out to a human.
EDIT: Here is my best suggestion as I got unbanned, try to reach out to discord human reviewers through twitter or any form, or create a general questions follow up. Discord will genuinely review it. Honestly thank discord for that.0 -
