Nitro account hacked, gifting nitro, support not helping
Hello. My account got hacked 2 weeks ago. It is an 8 year old account that has had nitro for around 6 years. I sent a ticket immediately after it happened but due to my poor mental state at the time, I sent another one a couple of days later to better clarify the situation and a few other times when I haven't received any information in several days. So far all but the first have the label “Solved” even though the problem has not been solved yet. Is there any way to talk to a support team member directly instead of needing to do the ticket thing? Or a way to get support to take the tickets seriously? Can someone please help me?

My account was compromised too and gifted 3 nitro as soon the purchased was made i got informed and requested immediate refund since I didnt do any of it. Its been 5 days and Nothing has done still. I mean its just sad
