12 days ago i was hacked by a “accidentally reported you” scam. Moderation was pretty ass since they always put it as “solved” everytime i report them. But for some reason rn, it got answered in just 20 minutes. I finally can get back without stress and anxiety anymore :D

i literally created a new ticket and said i got an email when they changed the email on the account and 5 minutes later they restored my account back to me

I pretty much commented on their instagram, twitter, sent them many tickets, dm them on twitter haha I think I annoyed them

This makes me wonder if i should also send more tickets, i sent 2 more tickets but they both got marked as solved, which still leaves to my final ticket which has been opened for 2 months. Still isn't fair y'all get faster treatment despite my ticket being earlier in the queue.

Congrats! Been 20 days now since I opened my first ticket and still no response yet, my ticket is still opened and last activity was ended at my message, I've provided all of the proof for the whole scenario about how it happened what happened, and screenshots of proof about me owning the account, the info of what email and phone number that are connected to the account (Which to This day yes the 20th day my phone number is still linked to my main account!), they just couldn't be bothered to look lol

might just need a second opinion here but i havent sent them a new ticket in a month, and my others were marked as solved but 2 not closed for comments. Should I just try again and send them a new ticket? When it first happened I sent them like 4 tickets, and then stopped and waited for them to eventually not really help me. I'm just afraid they're gonna mark my email as spam instead of potentially help me

And here I am still trying to reach the discord support even after a month. They always reply with the same bot and answer and solved my ticket without me receiving any help. The hacker still using my discord to dm my friends.
