account inexplicably disabled
got an email saying my recent activity broke discord's rules and activity has been taken on my account, and that i can learn more about this violation by viewing my account standing. when i tried to log in to check my account standing i found i could not log in and my account had been disabled.
tried to send a ticket to find out what was going on which just got me a bot reply saying my account was disabled for violating “terms of service or community guidelines” and that it will not be reinstated. so i am none the wiser, and not even the bot appeared to be certain whether it was terms of service or community guidelines.
i do not care particularly about the account, i will just make another one to circumvent the disabled account. but i would like a copy of my user data, so i sent a request for it through the form. the only response i received was that i needed to log in to request it from my account. very strange, and appears to be in violation of the gdpr as well. any ideas?
