Can not reply to people that ask for help. Please allow "replying" as long as noone blocked eachother.

Hi, i run a server and am quite active in the overal gaming community. many start to know my name and thus some tend to send me a question. sadly i can not reply if the other only allows messaging from friends and shared servers, neither can i let them know that i can not reply as long as they have these settings active. could you please make it so that people can reply to anyone INITIATING a message with another even if they have this setting selected? 
 

Adding a timeframe where u can reply to others regardless of this setting would be nice.
 

Other option would be allowing replies to anyone with those settings regardless since they initiated the conversation.

Adding a instant reply from clyde bot saying “the person you just messaged may not be able to reply because of your safety settings” would already help to notify these people.

Last option is to auto block these messages sent by the sender with again clyde notifying the one that initiated the message that their safety settings are preventing them from having this conversation, not bothering the person on the other end that wants to reply but can not..

i bet this would be a huge improvement as not everyone knows of these settings till they run into this issue them selves and i do not want to simply friend request to give a simple explanation. this would be a huge quality of life improvement for those that run a server or get questions directed at them by others that do not accept replies from non friends.
