    I'm still waiting on my ticket to be responded, which I was in panic mode by sending in 7 tickets which 6 tickets are closed but can add a follow up, but one ticket that has open status ticket as still waiting for a respond there, as I don't want to send in another ticket again or I'll get pushed back by queue there as still waiting to recover my main acc 🥲

    Xionkai, stay calm.

    Have you added “Yes” in the “Did you receive an E-Mail option?”. In my case, I didn’t specify that in my two first attempts so that’s maybe why my case got hampered!!

    Riddle Oh no, I haven't putted "Yes" in the “Did you receive an E-Mail option?” as I putted No on there 😔 which I do needed an option to edit there rip

    Xionkai, I don’t think there’s a possibility to edit your ticket as It’s probably being processed. The only solution that comes up to my mind is to wait until the ticket gets solved and submit a new one with the advices you were given in Discord Support feedbacks. But stay calm, Discord  Support has a lot of requests and If you send more than one ticket while other is “Open” it might count as spam, I think.

    Riddle Let me check on my Open Status Ticket, It has been Open at 1 Month(Created) and 3 Days Ago(Last Activity) as no Bot response yet on there, which I should've made my open status ticket as my main account got hacked instead of putting Help & Support there x.x

    Yep! Maybe the problem resides in there. Whenever your ticket is marked as “solved”, just make a new one and make sure to do the few little changes we recommended you. Swap the subject to “Hacked” account, make sure you’re writing from the E-Mail your account initially belonged to, add the “Yes” option for the “E-Mail” thing, attach proof…

    Xionkai, probably yes. That’s why I advised you to do that once the CURRENT ticket marks as SOLVED! I hope I am explaining myself well 😭

  • I've had my account hacked and disabled for over a month now. I've set in 3 tickets during that time. Which I shouldn't have. I've done everything I can with every bit of evidence that I could. And now my pleas have been met with discord marking my stuff solved.

     

    People have told me to just wait for the support team to get to me but I'm not holding out hope anymore. It's over for my account

    Hey Kamil! I do think that’s the issue and  why they haven’t reached out to you yet. Perhaps enter old servers your old account was in and  try to see the tag!

    I did. I send my ticket with my username and tag number but still no help come to me. And even I used my current username, they still didn’t give me any help.

    I send the first 5 tickets in panic. But after they closed my last ticket, I send another ticket. And after that I only send a new ticket after the last one got solved. 
    I almost lost my patience because they use the same bot to send me the completely same reply before they closed my ticket. And now they closed my ticket before they got escalated. It happened twice already.

    I did send bunch of proof photo, explain everything about how I got scammed and hacked, my friend said that I must not write too long so I wrote shorter on my next ticket, try to send my ticket on midnight and mid afternoon, I thought my broken English was a problem so I copy my friend ticket with a little edit, but everything was useless. 
    I still hoping without any expectation now.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but once it says the ticket says solved, are you out of luck getting any future help on said ticket?  That's the general vibe I'm getting from most replies for people in this situation. However, my ticket was marked solved yet they told me not to open a new ticket but rather to just reply in the very same ticket they just marked solved. Wondering if I should continue to wait it out or make a new ticket.

    May I know how many tickets did you send? Because I always send another ticket after the last one got closed. Before this, they inform me that my ticket have been escalated and then they solved my ticket after replied me with the bot answer. But now, they always solved my ticket without even escalating them. 
    My friend told me I shouldn’t send a new ticket on the same day my ticket got solved. So I waited for 4 days before sending a new ticket. But the response is still the same. They solved my ticket today without escalating my ticket. I try to reply on it so it got open again, but then it got closed immediately.

    Are they sulking because I give an “I’m not satisfied” rating every time they send me their srvice rating? How am I supposed to give them “I’m satisfied” rating if they didn’t even help me? 

    And also, I need another advice from everyone

    Before the scammer asked me to replace my email with the email they sent (an email with the bullshit Hotmail database), I replaced my email with another email. For example, the previous day I used my A email, I replaced my email with B email before changing my email with the email they sent. I've been sending tickets using my B email. Am I supposed to send my ticket with the A email?
