I got my acc back from the "accidentally reported you" scam
2 months and 10 days was the time it took for my ticket to finally be solved.
I created a ticket previously but with the email the scammer asked me to change to so that's why it's a continuation (I was like why did that ticket get solved so fast but not this ticket)
Feel free to ask me any questions, here are the major parts of the ticket.

I did. But because this is my first time sending ticket to discord support, and on the first day I send 5 tickets, my friend told me that the discord perhaps already marked me as a scammer. Because I send more than 3 ticket on the same day.

Have you tried contacting them through their other Social Medias such as Instagram, Linkedin, Outlook, etc(not sure what else do they use Besides Twitter), but I'd try that and see how that goes as currently still waiting for my first Ticket that has Open Status Ticket to get a reply and updating Ticket!

Solid Snake Are you sure your not just contacting them from twitter? As you should try contacting them from other Social Medias such as Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Outlook, etc and DM them and comment on their post!

I'm gonna need a whole list of their socials, and honestly I am kinda getting skeptical whether or not bugging them on socials is even gonna work

So I got my account hacked from this scam, and on the day it happened, I sent about 4 tickets to discord using a different email than the original email of my hacked discord account. They replied the next morning, saying that I needed to send them a ticket using the email my hacked account previously had. So I did that, I sent a ticket using the email my hacked account previously had. And then I started sending more but they kept getting marked as solved. Because they kept getting marked as solved, I kept sending more. I haven't gotten a reply to any of my tickets since.

Yes, I have like 4 open tickets. For 3 of those open tickets, they're open only because I replied to them to activate them again after I got mad seeing that they were solved within minutes without a reply.

And I'm in kind of a desperate situation right now, I've had my account for 6 years with so many memories on there. Lots of conversations with old friends and servers. Now I have to wait on a response from discord support not knowing how much time it will take for them to get back to me, as this hacker uses my account to scam more people.

Andy first of all, u weren't supposed to spam tickets. If you at least have one ticket open, u just gotta wait patiently. If you read the comments, ppl did the same thing as you but it did not help at all.
U can try dming discord support on twitter about your ticket to find out how busy they are.

I dmd them on Twitter already, the main account and the support account, still no reply. I spammed tickets but most of them are resolved and 4 of them are open. There's another 5 tickets I sent on my previous account (as I mentioned earlier) but only 1 of them are open, and it's the one that discord support actually responded to. So honestly right now do I just gotta wait?

In the case that they haven't responded, how long do you wait until you send a new ticket?

Yeah thanks, I already made an alt. Discord really needs to step up their game on this support system. Waiting a month is a pain in the butt. I'm just hoping they can possibly get back to me within the next few days because when I got my first response, I got it after about 5 hours of sending the ticket, and I actually sent 5 of them (this was on the previous account). And quick question, when you logged back into your discord what were the changes you noticed? Like did the hacker leave any servers or text any of your friends?

No change to servers but he obviously texted my friends trying to scam them

Do you know how many? Three of my friends already notified me today saying that the hacker on my account was trying to scam them so I was like damn this guy's really going off on it. I'm probably gonna lose a lot of friends at this rate

I have fallen for it too. I did create just 1 ticket mentioning my acc has been hacked and what was my main email address. How long should Discord support take for this issue? I'm afraid that before I take it back, the damage may be done to my account.

Arnold as you can see it varies. Just be patient and use an alt to chat and monitor whatever is happening to your main.

Some of my friends got message from scammer already. But yeah… the best I can do now is wait support to save my day. The problem is that I've been using discord for a long time now and I have talked to a lot of personal stuff with my friends in there. I really don't want any1 to see them you know?
