Discord support keeps ignoring me, or closing my tickets for no reason
I got my account disabled, because my brother logged into it and said his age(he is 12). Someone reported him which got me banned. So i opened a ticket 5 days ago, and i got replies on that ticket. But even though i provided what they wanted, like birthdates on ID's and a selfie of myself(i'm 15), they kept saying that i needed to take pictures of my photo ID, which i did btw. In the end of the ticket, the support person just said that i broke TOS and marked the ticket as solved. Now that i tried to open another ticket like 5 hours ago they just closed it again. This really sucks because i've had this account for a while, and i have important stuff on it such as friends i don't know irl, or have on any other app. Can anybody help, or had similar situations?

I've been experiencing the same issue with Discord support – despite receiving notifications that my problem has been resolved, I've been unable to log in for days because my account is still disabled. I'm really hoping they'll respond and provide the assistance I desperately need.
