If you got blocked because you're underage. Then if you waited until you are 13 can you get your account back?

I got banned because of being 12 years old.

But I really desperately want to get my account back because of my many stuff and my stupid progress in here.

I can wait for 1 year, but if I waited until you are 13 years old. Will I get my account back?

If I couldn't then I will be depressed.
