Allow to select which GPU to use for encoding

Hello, i'm currently running 2 GPUs (3080ti and 1060) since i use to stream Escape From Tarkov while playing with my friend to see each other POV i wish use the second GPU to do all the econding stuff and leave the 3080ti for the game.

    I have the same situation, but its a 3060 12GB and a 1660 super, it use to work for a while going to windows graphics and selecting the gpu for discord and also in nvidia control panel, but recently doesnt work anymore. Many in reddit will say it doesnt use resources, its true, but its to distribute the heat created by the encoders to the secondry gpu, encoding still creates heat, the fans won't spin faster if its in the 2 gpu.
