Discord Account Hacked Over A Month Ago

I'm just really frustrated with Discord's Support as a whole, I've been hacked after falling for a scam that had overtaken one of my friends' account. They got help and recovered their account literally next day, whilst I haven't been properly aided for a month now. I'm genuinely glad for them getting their stuff back, but its beyond frustrating when out of both of us, I was the only one actually paying for stuff like nitro.

I literally gave them all of the details about everything, I know the email the guy had even replaced it with. I know the username he replaced my account with. I know all of that, and they are refusing to help me.

It's some guy who goes by “Kayvon Ghaffari 🛡”, complete with the little shield emoji to really try and sell this stupid scam. And all of the usernames associated with his scam are “kayvong_official” with the last word being “discord”, normally with some sort of edited because of just how many countless accounts he has managed to steal.

I believe the account has been disabled since then, but its still actively capable of receiving messages and all of that… So I genuinely cannot understand the reason behind them not letting me back in if the account doesn't even have anyone manning it anymore.

My account has everything and I do mean everything on there. From friends and family I wouldn't be able to contact outside of discord, to servers and things I've built from the ground up to try and support my small business in commission art. And without those servers its actively damaging income too.

This is sort of my very last hope for some kind of aid in this situation, because I've tried everything including even getting help from Discord's Twitter account and I've had no luck.
