Auto Transcribe Voice Messages

To make Discord a little more inclusive it would be great if you all could transcribe voice notes on the fly. It could have a small sub thread to show what the person said. This would be great for those that are hard of hearing or deaf to be included on the conversation. Currently- voice notes are just there one has to physically click on them and listen in.
