Please allow us to adjust the volume of other specific user's Soundboard usage

As my subject title says, please allow us to change/adjust the volume for other individual users that are in the same voice chat that we are in. Although we can currently mute other users soundboard usage altogether, I think being able to simply lower the volume would be a better option in a lot of cases- rather than flat out muting. I think the same is also true for being able to change/lower specific users volume level as well as being able to flat out mute them- it's great to have both of these options and I think both options would be good to have for their soundboard usage as well. Please consider!
