Blacklist or Permanently Remove select Input and Output Devices in Voice Settings

Quality of Life - would like to have the option to permanently remove an Input / Output device from the Voice Settings options in Voice & Video. 

“Turtle” Headset (ODT Turtle Shell 3.0) is automatically my default selected Input and Output device in my Voice & Video settings without fail. I never ever want this device to be an option.

My daily struggle, after I turn on my computer:

1. Discord launches on start up. 
2. Turtle connects right away. 
3. I grab the headset I want to use (Razer Blackshark V2 Pro) and turn it on then it connects. 
4. The wrong input / output device is selected in Discord.

Every single time I launch Discord, I have to go to Voice & Video to select the correct Input & Output device before I can join a call. Every shut down. Every reboot. I have to update this setting without fail. 

I wish there was a way to simply tell Discord that some devices (Turtle) should never ever be an Input or Output option and to never ever connect to it. Thank you. <3
