Problem with PHD2 working within Nina 3.0

Just came back from a trip in May where i wanted to use all my programs within Nina 3.0 and had just downloaded Nina 3.0 along with other programs prior to trip.  after successfully turning on Nina 3.0 with APCC , and PHD2.  I found that Nina did not accept PHD2 operating within Nina and and only way i was able to do any guiding with PHD2 on this trip was to open up phd2 up outside of Nina.  The prior Nina version worked just fine with Phd2 and opened up within Nina.  Has any one seen this issue? It prevented me from using the sequencer to automatically move to the next object after images were taken as i had to manually turn off PHD2 prior to going to the next object.  Does the new Nina 3.1 correct this? Help!
