Account suspended after 1 violation
Hey discord, so yesterday my account was suspended after a I was hit with my very first violation.
Now I had asked for discord support earlier and when doing so asked for an appeal on the violation as it was hitting me with a false one.
However when asking for it to be appealed the auto mod slapped me with a second violation of the same exact one when I know for a fact that getting an appeal is no where near the same thing as the violation, now I dont know why asking for an appeal causes me to get an instant account suspension for an actually false violation.

There might be an fraudulent banwave going on if it's the child safety thing, but idk

Yea, got hit with one outta no where and when I tried to find out why or appeal it just slapped me with a second one for no reason other than apparently trying to appeal the strike

Was it within several minutes of each other? Cuz mines was around 3 minutes apart

Yea it was probably withing 5-10 minutes apart when it happened, but idk why it would hit me with a double violation for just asking questions and for an appeal

It might be an automatic reaction for any sort of activity. Since my ban jumped.from one day to permanent after I tried to delete an private message

That seems far more unfair than anything actually being a good reason, if any sign of activity to fix the cause of the strike causes a ban then the Auto Mod needs to get looked at.

I think that this all deliberate on their part though: leaving people in the dark on what they did wrong. But I think that this issue has been going on for an month

I hope this issue doesn't take a month to resolve, Id hate to lose a 7+ year old account on the very first violation its ever received, when said violations were false in being applied

Looking around, it supposed to take at least 2 weeks to resolve, but I really can't say just how long this will take

I hope it doesnt take upwards of 2 weeks as the violation was only supposed to last 24 hours before I asked for help about it.
