My account has been suspended
Hello everyone!, today my account was suspended due to age, although I'm old enough, I'm 21 years old, I contacted support, sent everything that was needed, so I'm wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and how long it takes the support to respond, because I read somewhere that they don't respond even for a month and somewhere that they know how to respond quite soon... Although I suspect that someone spam my account for not enough years, because I have never broken any rules or anything, and when I made the account I put the right date of birth and year of birth, thank you all in advance

Also wondering the same thing. I'm especially concerned since I'm the single active moderator for several 20k+ member servers, so in case of any bot raids or similar these servers would be severely at risk. I wonder how these age restriction bans are done, since the phrase i was reported on was a clear quote of someone else… Is there any due diligence done on these bans, especially if they take a month to be reviewed?

I just got another gmail with the same message that I broke discord Rules,I went to log into my account when there were two warnings wth Discord, what's going on with you?,I am very disappointed in you..., instead of hiring more agents you are using bots to respond…

I'm here to report... I had 3 requests open, 2 were closed and the first one I created on the same day was left open, that since the last activity on all requests was today during the day, is there any hope? Because the account is still suspended LoL

so advice for everyone who has the same problem, do not open new tickets, just be patient, if you see that 15 days have passed, just write on the ticket that you are still waiting and that's it... thank you all..and thanks Discord support
