Anyone get their account back from being hacked/scammed?
Honestly not sure what to do anymore, its a 7 year old acc with convos from deceased friends that i hold dear to me. I've seen some posts of people saying that support was able to revert their email to their account again. Some have said theyve had no luck and were forced to remake a new account. I'm gonna be fully real, i am way too stubborn to let this account go. Do i keep making requests after they close it to get a human response or should i keep commenting on the last request made so they reopen it and eventually either answer me with a person or stop me from commenting? I've never been hacked/scammed before so im not sure what even to do in this situation. All i know is that discord support is severely lacking in helpfulness and could take months for anything good to happen. So far the bot told me It cant help me and to just make a new account, which i will not do.

Yeah dont hear to what the bot tells you, being stubborn is the only way to go. It took 3 months for me and I did open a new ticket each time they closed the old one. It is all a game of luck to get through to an actual employee, they rely too much on the bot system, and I can gurantee you that 99% of my tickets never reached an actual human being.
Commenting on the last request usually resulted in the ticket getting closed again after a few hours, it never worked for me but I heard for some it did help, so try out different strategies, as long as you dont submit several tickets at once.Dont give up, maybe try submitting tickets at different times of day and on different days, I dont know how they are organised, but I always told myself that if I submit at different times of day that I get a different support shift

I got hacked a month ago, in May 28. And after 9 tickets, a month and an entire June full of frustration. The scammer changed the email and plus discord support only give me a dead-end. I hate to let my account go

I can't bear letting my account burn to the ground, so I waited until Discord finds out the scammer did something suspicious and disable it only to be reactivated by me.

Makara Furusawa just keep putting in requests. Its kinda the only thing that seems to have worked for people, although it could take months

But what happens if I reply to an email saying “##- Please type your reply above this line -##”? Because I already did that.
