Account Banned Due To Hackers
Hello, I have gotten my account banned due to “ Bullying & Harassment “ due to a person token logging my account, I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my account safe however I tried reaching out to support and no reply for 10 days, made multiple tickets on this cause and nothing, no confirmation email nothing and I have 4 days left until the account gets deleted I need help, the account I had had 5 years worth of nitro purchases a lot of friends and a big server, I’m hoping to ask the community if they know what I should do in this case

Well the tickets keep on getting marked as solved

I am running into the same issue and usually I get bot reply only. I opened 4 tickets and they closed all without human response. I sent a new ticket from a different email there I got a message from an actual human saying I need to open a ticket from the email I had my account on. If I already opened a ticket I have to wait. It's a 7+ yo account with 2 very important servers for me one for friends and one for my small community. Would be really disappointing losing both a loth of memories on both.

It's crazy something like discord doesn't have their own discord server so people could contact a real person more easily. Either way discord should have way better than this crap they have right now. At least hacked account should never be only reviewed by bots only sending automated message. Sure basic tickets should get automated response like password reset etc…. But people keep some very important stuff on their discord bunch of memories just so the support doesn't care

Some people wait a month or more so I just hope that won't be the case with us. Bot auto closed my ticket again so had to open another one.
