Falsely banned for being "Underage"
My account was falsely banned for being underage. I am above the age requirement in my country and I opened a support ticket with proof of my age as soon as I realised I was banned. It's been almost 4 days now and still no response. I use discord to keep in contact with my clients and customers so this is causing me to lose out on a lot of money. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do to possibly get my account unbanned any faster, or if I even have a chance of getting unbanned within the 30 days until my account gets deleted.

I'm just as clueless as the next guy all I got was an automated response after showing them my (expired) ID and waiting for around an week
I'm trying to reach out to them on Twitter, but no luck with that

I just got my account unsuspended, tldr it took 14 days and remember to only submit 1 ticket, extra tickets will delay the time it takes for them to reach you

nope, no responses until the day before where they looked at my appeal request and then an hour ago they just sent me an email asking me to change my password and now I'm back on

Well, I sent like, 5 or 6 tickets, over the course of the last week. And so far I think I'm kind of screwed

Just leave it, one of them will get marked as resolved eventually

dont bother. find another program to use. youll never get your account back and any new account will be flagged as suspicious and wont let you use it anyway. company has gone to shit.
