I've fell victim to the same scam and yet days ago the hacker changed the email
Back on May 28, I got scammed the same way as everyone that got victimized by the “accidentally reported” scam. Just days ago I tried to log in to the email the scammer convinced me to use when changing the email and clicking forgot password, solving captchas. “Email doesn't exist” was the answer. It seems like I began losing hope, as I made 9 tickets so far and all of them are solved. I think there's really nothing I can do and only playing a waiting game.
To summarize, I changed the email and I got hacked and later the hacker changed the email so it'll be over for sure.

theres still a chance, as a heads up discord runs their support through a bot company so it takes forever to reach a human who can actually do something. Regardless if they changed the email, as long a the og email you used on the acc is empty they can revert it back. Unfortuantely it can take months for anyone to actually help you tho. Only open tickets when one gets solved, if you open more than one at a time you can get blacklisted from making more and they wont help ya. Ignore the bots and keep trying

It’s a waiting game, unfortunately. I am in the same boat. My account has been compromised for the last 6 days and is just now messaging people with it. Only getting bot responses so either my account it’s gonna get disabled forever or maybe discord will pull through for once. It’s stressful but in the end we just gotta wait it out

looking around, it might take upwards of three months. I have found that there's roughly an million tickets created, each month going by other's posts. And that their customer support team is hilariously undersized

Is the blacklist permanent? 9 tickets = enough to get blacklisted?

Same scam… I've got trapped 20 days ago and I'm still trying to get help. It's been like 15+ tickets so far but they don't help at all, they tell me to create a new account because they couldn't help. (I proved my identity + I provided evidences about the hacker)
Btw the guy hacked me was impersonating Jozsef Vass.

For me, the person who hacked into my account impersonated George Groh.
