Discord support is not responding to any of my messages

My Discord account was deactivated out of the blue and it's been 7 days since it was deactivated and I've been writing since the day it was deactivated and they're not responding in any way I already have 5 open tickets and 1 of them was automatically marked as resolved by the bot I don't know what to do I don't know what to do anymore even if my friends tell me to give up that account I can't understand why I can't find any help even though I haven't really done anything I feel like they don't even take the messages seriously do I need to open more tickets for discord to notice me or do I just have to wait?

(There are 5 tickets and I didn't know that they were not checked to see if they were open or not, that's why I opened so many, but I apologized by even adding this because I felt bad about it, but if anyone has experienced it before, I would appreciate if they can give suggestions here, please help)
