My account has been disable after being hacked by user. It's been 3 weeks with no response. I'm a discord Nitro annual paying member too.

My account was hacked by an old friend's account which was also hacked.  I managed to removed the hack with a backup for my PC and change all my passwords, but my account was disabled so I can't change the password on it.  It's been 3 weeks after opening up a ticket for hack, and ticket for it being disabled.  Please can someone help me out?  I never even got an auto response that they received my ticket. 

I paid for Nitro annually and would really like this account back. I just need it enabled under my email so I can reset the password.
