My account with very sensitive information was compromised. I might be at risk of identity theft. Worst of all, whenever I try to submit a request, it marks it as "solved." I am in need of urgent help.

    They won't even read this, congratulations. Although, I dare say, they can be sued.

    There’s probably no point in contacting technical support either, they don’t do this, but if they returned Trust and Safety, they would help us (click on the link)

    Oh dear, I'm so sorry you're going through this too. Discord apparently doesn't take care of its members' information and security as it should. It's been days since they no longer respond to me and they haven't refunded the purchases the “hacker” made with my paypal….now I have to deal with the bank to solve this.

    I hope you can get back your account.

    Hey guys, it's OP with an update. I was able to get back my account, and rather quickly at that. 

    Basically, I did submit a few requests through this site, and with some evidence and some trial and error, I eventually got an open request.

    @Onesan, if you're going through the same thing as me, definitely call your banks. That's what I'm doing. But also gather as much evidence as you can regarding the scam and post it in the request form (it allows you to attach files), and MOST IMPORTANTLY, make that post using the same email that belonged to the compromised account, that way they can verify it was your account to begin with.

    I hope you can get your account and money back as well.

    That is incredibly frustrating and concerning. Have you tried reaching out to IDM Patch through other contact methods or escalating the issue to a higher support level.
