Discord support hasn't responded to my ticket for a week
A week ago I was blocked by discord due to an age limit (although I’m 19), and for more than a week there have been no answers, there’s just an empty ticket and that’s it. Nitro is activated on my discord account and I can’t turn it off without logging into my discord account, so apparently money will be debited. Discord support, if you see this post, please respond as soon as possible, I ask you :(

Me too. I already submitted an application regarding age on 8/15, but they haven’t responded to me for 11 days. I hope DC support will reply to me after seeing this.

considering discord has 300mil users (some active, some not)
and they downsized their support, replacing it with bots.
it might take them 1 week to 3 months to reply to your ticket.

waiting for my account to actually be fixed. they had all of my tickets marked as solved, but my account is still suspended. so i js did a follow up on one of them. hopefully they actually fix it this time because this is outrageous.

good news. I have gotten my account back. I hope the same for yall. “Octopus” was the one who fixed it and actually even left a comment. So if yall see that name in your emails, you might have just gotten your account back.
