false disabled account

So, recently this week on august 22nd i was banned for self-botting? 

I really don't know what that is and that was the first time i've ever bee banned on my main account so i did submit a request to discord due to me panicking and worried that it'll be deleted but i was able to get back on after it said i could.

and now last night i was flagged as a spammer which is strange because i tried to join a friends server to listen to their podcast, and now this morning i wake up and i decide to change my profile picture and then all of a sudden i am logged out and my account has been disabled.

how can i get this back? can someone please please help me, i have so much on that account and i've spent a lot of money and i left my credit card stuff on there.
