Allow Custom Backgrownd for Categories and Channels

Would make the aesthetics of servers much more beautiful, and the overall experience even more appealing.

If we combine this with the ability to add background images in any selected channel, Discord would become an even more attractive app to use, as the experience would greatly improve. Please support this idea, if it's implemented, you won't regret it.

It could be used to create a specific atmosphere in communities, like gaming communities, or those focused on a particular theme or place.
