Why is my account beng reported for 'suspicious activities'?

I've had this acc under an old email/gmail I no longer have access to for a while now, I've had to use 2 friends numbers due to being logged out for ‘suspicious activities’ about 3 times now. I don't understand what I did that's suspicious?? I would like to be able to log back in and at the least get all my friends users <//3 Its only been about a day in total snce then but it's happening more often than necessary and currently my only way to text my bf atm. Now I'll have to take a 2 hour drive to have a 1 minute conversation!!
