UI refresh adds redundant separate title bar

The UI refresh added a new title bar, showing the name of the server you're in in the center and the inbox icon. This appears to be intended to be integrated into the window's title bar, but it appears as a separate bar on my KDE Plasma system:

This is very annoying. I'd prefer to be able to turn this off as it's redundant and takes up vertical screen real estate. It'd be fine if the title bar was integrated properly like other apps (Telegram works for example), but a separate bar is ridiculous
