The new desktop UI is awful, let us go back

As someone who is studying UI/UX design, I can say without a doubt that this update is awful. There is WAY too much padding between every element and it's not even consistent padding. We don't need a large bar at the top of the screen to tell us what server we're in when we can already see that information at the top of the channel list and when we hover over the server icon to, you know, get in there in the first place? Not to mention this bar is doing an awful job because the text is so comically small. Everything in this UI is comically small with too much padding. Also, why is our status/profile bar floating above the server/channel list like an annoying popup?

But the biggest offender for me is the server list. I could get used to the rest of this UI, I wouldn't be happy about it but it could be done, but the server list NEEDS to change. The rounded squares are ugly, WAY too small and the gaps between each server is laughable, and there's seemingly no way to change it without scaling the whole program up, which causes conflicts with the rest of the UI. The padding between servers that are in folders is EVEN SMALLER SOMEHOW, making navigation even more of a nightmare, and I'm not even visually impaired.

I've seen reports of people getting eyestrain from this update, with the tiny icons and the weird padding making the text fuzzy. Reports from 2 months ago when you first tested this UI. No one was happy with it so why did you go through with this? If this doesn't change, say goodbye to my money as I will be cancelling my nitro subscription. Hell, I might even go to a different messaging service else if I can because yes, it's that bad.

Stop changing things because just you can, and listen to the feedback you're receiving. I beg of you.
