Make reorganizing channels user specific.

Pretty much, we have about 50 total channels in my discord. Some people need to use the channels on the bottom, but most on the top. It's fine for the people who need the channels at the top, but the people who need the bottom channels are forced to scroll down. A way to favorite channels or reorganize it based of your liking would be very helpful.

  I'm on a bunch of servers - There's typically a couple of channels i will be active in, and the rest i just skim through when i'm bored.   It would be nice if it was possible to re-order channels so the ones i cared about were at the top.
  
  I could see that being potentially tricky to implement though - As a similar alternative, how about creating a customizable "favorites" group which sat at the top of the list?
