Suggestion - Lock channel positions
Hi!
Due to having a fine motor control condition, I regularly find myself dragging discord channels when intending to click on them. This isn't a particularly damaging issue but it is very frustrating and inconvenient as someone with this power in several discord servers.
Talking to other server owners it would seem that people experience this issue quite regularly, especially on mobile.
My suggestion is simply to add a toggle option to disable channel dragging - this could be at a server-wide scope or by category.

Yes, please, I would like for this to be a feature we can implement. Maybe it doesn't have to be automatically enabled but instead we go and toggle it in the channel properties or something if there is a particular problem or something. I have a server and in each of the categories it is either alphabetized or in numerical order. One in particular has its channels listed as 'room-1', 'room-2', 'room-3', and so on. EVERY. DAY. I come in and the channels have been rearranged. Suddenly it is 'room-3', room-1', 'room-2', and so on. You might say, "Hey! Then get onto your moderators!" ...Well that's the thing. These rooms are 'private' to some members. None of my moderators have access to 'room-1' except me and someone who isn't a moderator and YET it KEEPS getting rearranged and it is driving me literally insane. Pleaseeeeee I need this to be a thing, I'm going nuts.

Random channel migration is seriously hindering my community's ability to organize and coordinate.
