Very small videos can be used to break the in-app UI for them

This isn't a major problem, but something I've noticed being done.

People can upload a very small video to Discord (width and height, not file size) and it completely breaks the UI for videos. Some you can start playing but can't press the pause button for, some you can only press play and pause as the rest is blocked, etc. This isn't something that really disrupts anything, because people only really do it because it's funny, but it is still a problem. I think that you should either be able to click and drag the corner of a video to upscale it so you can press all the buttons, or you should be able to right click the video and get the option to fullscreen, pause / play and download.

Again, this isn't something that completely breaks Discord, but it does mean that some videos simply cannot be paused or downloaded or anything, which is a problem.
