Discord Administrator Mode

Brief Description:

A Discord Administrator Mode would be very useful to Discord Admins/Owners. This mode would allow users to delete messages in bulk, Slow Chat, Mute Channel, and Clear Channel. More options/actions could be added at a later date.

Security:

Now, if this is implemented, it would be a very helpful, but also dangerous tool. So, security of this tool could be done in a few ways. One way would to have the Server Owner enter the name of the users he/she wishes to grant permission for the use of this tool. Another security option would be to simply add a permission within the role editing/creation. An Audit Log would also need to be implemented along with this to improve security.

Small Example: (Poorly made)

Now, there may be Bots out there with some of this functionality, but I'm asking Discord themselves if they'd add this feature into their Systems. I'm not looking for alternatives or Bots. I'd just like if this was implemented by default.

Imo any server-management feature that a bot can already do could and should be given to the server owner's hands within the app - and this is no exception. I personally really don't want to be bringing in a bunch of server management bots to do simple tasks like this, as they just add unnecessary bloat to the member list.
