"Dark Souls: Remastered" is showing up in discord instead of the correct "Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition"

When Discord checks to see what game I'm playing and displays it in my status it incorrectly displays as the remastered instead of prepare to die which is the one I have. I never installed or purchased the remastered edition. Please fix this as my friends think I purchased the remaster and almost decided to buy it because they wanted to play DS with me. Thank you.
