Highest Role Change Perm

What I suggest is a Permission to be able to change some less important things of your highest own role yourself, e.g. you are an Admin, which is your highest role, but not Owner, so you can't change the Admin Role. I am not talking about managing permissions, rather unimportant things like Name, Colour and then "allow any to mention this role" as well as the "show seperately from the other online members"
