Autodisconnect everyone in a vc

Currently, people are only autodisconnected from voice/video calls/channels if they have been alone for 5 minutes. However, that still leaves a fair few people who remain with others in a call without saying or doing anything (like sleeping). I think a great way to fix that would be to disconnect everyone in a call if there is no audio or video from any individual in the call within 5 minutes.

  There should be a notification in the chat for that if it's a group chat.
