Cant mention people discord mobile

My discord account on mobile in android cant mention people with tapping on suggestion people not only in 1 device. if I not around my PC to mention people with Discord mobile I need to type their fullname or fullrole. but if i change into my friend's account he can mention people everywhere. It's happens since long ago about 2 years and havnt fixed yet.

  re-installing apps also didnt help
