Some much needed features for developers (and common sense)

I code bots for large servers, can we please get the following events on a guild level (not just if the bot is in a voice channel:

 

speaking-start 

speaking-end 

 

and also can we add emojies to server directly from another emoji. rather than have to download and add. its impossible on ios mobile that way
