Screen Sharing Volume

Like others, I have a problem with screen sharing volume and I'd like the volume of the user and the screen share to be independent. But I have another question: why does it have to be so loud? I don't know if it's just me but every time someone share's their screen, something that sounds normal to them is blasting my ears out.

The slider problem could easily solve that, but for a temporary fix is there a way to lower it? Or maybe have it adjusted to one user's settings so it doesn't blast someone's ears out?
