Emoji Upload Broken on Android

The in-app upload utility for emojis bloats file sizes by 300+ kb consistently. This makes it impossible to upload ANY emoji on mobile. I took a 10 kb image and it couldn't upload because the "file size cannot exceed 256 kb" I looked at the image discord saved after the failed upload and the file is almost 400 kb. The exact same image was 10 kb before uploading. This is SO ANNOYING.
