More flexible role access
If the role in the list is higher, then it has a higher priority for access.
Example: there is a channel with 2 roles, the first role (which is higher in the linear list) prohibits viewing of the channel, and the role of lower rank allows viewing, having a participant in both of these roles MUST NOT see this channel. Now it works like this "when users have several roles, then if one of the roles has permissions for what is forbidden in another role, the roles with permissions prevail."
In practice, this will help to more flexibly configure the server and create similar groups with fewer roles

Of course. Suppose there are several clans from one game on one server: clan1, clan2, clan3. The game has several modes and special roles are made for these modes: mode1, mode2, and channels with catogoria are appropriate. The participant having the roles of clan1 and mode1 should not see the channels of mode2 and clan2 and 3, see only channel mode1 category clan1
The roles of clan1, 2, 3, respectively, at the very top of the linear list, and in each category that is not its own, there is a ban on reading this channel.

From what I've grasped, I'm pretty sure you can do this with a little role tinkering.

And no, above I attached a support response which says that if at least one role has read access, then the participant will see the channel. So having a clan2 mode2 participant will also see mode2 clan1,3
