Nitro Feature - Profile Picture changing improvement

I got this idea of suggesting this feature where Nitro Users would be able to change their profile more often than people without Nitro.

  Ideally there should be no cooldown, but this is a cool compromise!

  True, but i just thought of this idea as if they won't remove cooldown
