Add a "category override" Option for Channels

I recently encountered an issue with managing some of my servers.

I have groups within my server each with their own category and "moderators". The issue arose when I tried prevent moderators from viewing one-another's moderator chat channels.

The way currently to make moderators incapable of seeing one-another moderator chat channels are to create a bunch of ugly roles like "Team A Moderators" and "Team B Moderators" (on top of Team A and Team B).

This is caused by the fact that despite having made Team A category visible only to Team A members, if a channel is set to viewable by Moderators, then all moderators can view that channel regardless of their team.

Hence, I request a category override button to prevent this clash which makes it so both Team A and Moderator roles are required to access the Team A Moderators channel.
