Unable to scroll through server list in desktop

In desktop mode,  either with the windows app or viewing in the chrome browser, there is no bar to scroll up and down in the server list,  so now that I have a couple more servers than I have space on my screen,  the bottom two are not visible.

 

Now with a  mouse scroll wheel it is simple to scroll up and down in that frame,  but with my laptop that just has a trackpad I am stuck.
