No "Notifications Wake Device" present on Android app

I want to set up my discord to wake up my phone when I get a message. I tried to look for anything that remotely helps, but I can't find the option. I have version 35.4 currently installed on my phone. I used to have an older version but refused to update for lack of interest. Now that my phone reset itself (or someone did it instead), and I had to reinstall Discord, there is no option for me to set up the app to wake up my phone when any notifications come in.
