Server Streaming Captures Windows Magnifier/Accessibility Programs

I love the new Server Stream feature. However, I'm someone who's visually impaired and needs to use accessibility features like Windows Magnifier. The stream captures zooming/color inversion. Would it be possible for it to ignore Magnifier for viewers?
