Fix context menu alignment

When right clicking on e.g. the chat area, the context menu doesn't open at the position where clicked but with some offset instead. This results in always misclicking the desired items now. For example, instead of clicking on "Paste" I now always accidently click on "Languages". Same applies to other context menus.

  Please this, I've been doing this so much in the latest update - though to further this, I feel It's a really bad placement for the languages button in general.

  It seems like this issue is specific to the chat area because its y axis is always fixed and only follows the x axis of the mouse
